- Updates are released at the discretion of City Buzz LLC.
6. Disclaimer of Warranty
- This software is provided "as is" without warranties of any kind.
- City Buzz LLC does not guarantee that the software will be error-free or uninterrupted.
- City Buzz LLC is not responsible for any damages resulting from the use of this software.
7. Termination
- This license is automatically terminated if you violate any terms.
- Upon termination, you must remove all copies of the software from your systems.
8. Governing Law
This agreement is governed by the laws of the State of Arizona, USA.
